Where To Find Us

I have been a home vegetable gardener in Georgia for about 18 years now and thoroughly enjoy the time spent in my home vegetable garden. Over the years, my gardens have started out small, grown to almost a half acre, and back down to a more manageable 500 sq. feet. I'm not a professional or educated horticulturalist so if you are looking for a professional blog to read, you will not find it here. If you haven't started a garden yet, stick around to learn from an amateur gardener. From container gardening to raised bed gardening, you will find it all here. Be sure to read our older blog posts for some additional history of my journey. Anyone can be a home vegetable gardener because all you need is dirt and a love for growing vegetables and flowers.

Location

C&L Farms Grows is an 8 acre family farm Northeast of Carrollton Georgia.  All of our produce is grown with natural methods, meaning that no chemical fertilizers, sprays, or pesticides are used. Our main focus is our microgreens but we also grow a Spring salad mix as well as herbs.

Farmers Market(s)

We currently attend the Cotton Mill Farmers Market located on Dixie Street in Carrollton Georgia.  The market is open year round but the Winter market has reduced hours.  We can be found each Saturday morning between 8am – 12pm at the farmers market so please stop by to say hello and pickup some of our healthy microgreens and salad mix.

Restaurants, Caterers, and Independent Grocery Stores

We also market and sell our products to local restaurants, caterers, and independent grocery stores.  You may have already tried our microgreens at these establishments and didn’t even know it.

On-Farm Sales

The following items are available for sale at certain times of the year on the farm.

  • April 1st thru May 31st – Vegetable and Herb transplants
  • February thru November – Our microgreens are available 10 months out of the year to our customers.  Our microgreen production is year round but we take a break in December and January to recharge and work on winter projects around the farm.  Our microgreens are available year-round to our commercial customers.
  • April thru November – In season vegetables such as kale, lettuce, tomatoes, carrots, radishes, beets, white turnips, collard greens, or herbs.

We already have a growing social media presence on FacebookGoogle+Twitter, and Pinterest.  We will also be working with great companies like Amazon.com and YouTube in the hopes these ventures can help us afford this website and help us earn a little online income for our many projects.  If you are looking for a book or some of the equipment we use on the farm, please use the links and advertisements found on the site.
